*Saturday Power Yoga class - high fitness level required - by invitation only*

*Participation in meditation requires attendance of at least one yoga asana class*

• In-Studio sessions -  by appointment only 
• Group and private sessions available
• Monthly packages only
• Iyengar yoga sequences change weekly, with a different emphasis on anatomy and/or postures
Drop-in / Trial / Once-off sessions are therefore not available/viable

 

 

To experience the Iyengar style for the first time -

at least one month of once-a-week class participation is recommended.
